    Academic Background

    Dr Soule is a researcher on the staff of MIT’s Initiative on the Digital Economy, where she conducts research into the effects of pervasive digital technologies and data on organizations. She earned her doctorate in the field of Technology and Operations Management at Harvard Business School. Her research interests center on the roles of digital technology, diverse knowledge, and dispersed settings in the design, practice, and management of collaboration and innovation in organizations.

    Editing Experience

    Dr Soule co-authored the book, Corporate Information Strategy and Management (8th Ed), and has written extensively for management practitioners about organizational learning, technology innovation, and collaboration themes. Prior to returning to academia, Dr Soule worked in Europe and Africa on information systems projects in multidisciplinary and multilingual settings. She joined Edanz Group as a language editor in 2016.
